If you have us ship your order, please be advised that choosing UPS GROUND during check-out, will get your order to you overnight if the shipping destination is located in Northern California. Please take a look at the map below as to how many days Ground shipping takes from us to you (we ship from zip code: 94002). If not sure, please contact UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (742-5877)
All orders placed before 11AM stand a very good chance of shipping out the same day.
Returns:
Please return any "defective" items within 7 days from the time of delivery drop off or a store purchase for a refund or exchange.
Should a problem arise with the merchandise you bought from us after the initial 7 day period has passed, please use the manufacturer provided warranty for any defect issues.
This applies to all items sold, unless the invoice or order receipt states a different warranty clause in the sales item description
Non-compatibility with your equipment, or "not what I thought it is" kind of returns are acceptable within the first 14 days, but are assessed a 20% restocking fee.
Shipping:
